My hallucinations I am starting to understand. My brain’s acoustic centers are noisy, so I hear voices that aren’t there, usually in areas where people ARE nearby–but it is not them talking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My delusions I am starting to understand. It is sort of my brain’s panic response, jumping to conclusions about this or that. It’s not that bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is bad is my paranoia && anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
&& yin yoga helps w\/both of those.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I don’t know if I should blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I wish I didn’t have to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I wish I could say what was on my mind, instead of hiding so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oh btw, others, if you’re gay && you don’t want to come out, you don’t have to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
