Shitty Sacramento Valley. Shit UC System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scottland is a backwards place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I signed up to be on the noise watch mail list of the local government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turns out email volume is 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, I have an issue to raise: the 680 corridor near my area is very voicy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So traffic law, DMV stuff, && car industry would have to update some stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also the freeways are not very well maintained in my State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did some yin yoga. Trying not to think about the dog shit I met in grad school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving on is hard when everyone insists on dragging you down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I like my family, though. Even they get on my nerves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uneventful, but: went on a hike thing (short, brief) && did some weight lifting && stretching yeseterday. I’m using a $10\/mo gym app (which I like to think of as a delocalized gym) that works very well for me, in addition to google fit which tracks my walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is all good and well, but…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t know what else. What goes after that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
