I tack on a mental 0.5 g (1 pill from MitraGaia online dealer–easily available in many countries on the free non-black internet) to my daily dosage (not actually taking more kratom, just artificially inflating the dosage) for safety, && to leave room for skepticism && forgetting small or other dosages, or making mistakes.

Sometimes a conservative philosophy IS the safer option.
